Escape the city and discover the enchanting Isle of Wight, a beautiful island paradise off England's south coast, perfect for nature lovers and history enthusiasts alike. After a scenic ferry ride, we will explore Osborne House, the magnificent former royal residence of Queen Victoria, and the historic Carisbrooke Castle, famous for its donkeys and royal prisoner. Later, prepare to be amazed by the stunning natural wonder of The Needles, iconic chalk stacks rising from the sea, before relaxing on the unique Alum Bay Pebble Beach. This day trip offers a delightful blend of scenic beauty and captivating history, creating unforgettable memories.

Your day starts just after the break of dawn to visit the Isle of Wight. Known to be one of the jewels in British crown, it is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. With stunning sea views and beautiful sandy beaches, there is something for everyone on this island. We traverse through Hampshire to our ferry terminal for a memorable day trip to this gem. Our ferry from the mainland will take approximately an hour to cross the straight of Solent.

Aside from the beautiful coasts and scenery, there are many amazing places to enjoy while travelling around the Isle of Wight. One of those attractions is the Osborne House. It was once the royal residence of Queen Victoria. The garden of Osborne House offers spectacular views of the rest of the island.

We then head to Carisbrooke Castle, a historic motte-and-bailey castle that dates back over 1,000 years. Aside from its fame for imprisoning King Charles I during the English Civil War, it is home to the famous Carisbrooke donkeys.

We have time for lunch in Newport before we take a scenic drive towards The Needles – a natural wonder of three distinctive chalk stacks that rise out of the sea off the western coast. These can easily be viewed by a chairlift ride or a coastal walk. Keep your cameras and phones ready to take as many photos as possible as the Needles are one of the most photographed groups of rocks in the world.

We spend the rest of the afternoon at Alum Bay Pebble Beach. You may fancy going to Compton Beach along the dinosaur coast if the Alum Bay gets very crowded. In the later afternoon, we head back to one of the ferry terminals on the island for our return journey to London in the comfort of your own private luxury chauffeured transport.
