Zero tolerance abuse, drug & alcohol policy
Journey Britain has a zero-tolerance abuse, drug, and alcohol policy for its supply partners, including their employees, our driver-guides, chauffeurs and other employees.
Reporting zero tolerance concerns
If you suspect that your driver-guide, chauffeur, or an employee of the supply partner is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, call the emergency services by dialling 999 or 112, the UK’s national emergency numbers [https://www.gov.uk/guidance/999-and-112-the-uks-national-emergency-numbers].
Then contact the Journey Britain's 24/7 support number provided to you during your tour. For critical response, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will call you as soon as possible after your request. Concern does not need to be real-time to warrant reporting through this channel.
Zero tolerance for customers
Drinking alcohol or consuming drugs on board our vehicles is strictly prohibited. You should also check our FAQs (opens in new tab) on eating hot food and chewing gum. Failure to comply with this policy may result in your trip being terminated and a possible ban from Journey Britain.
While Journey Britain respects your right to express your opinions and raise complaints, we will not tolerate aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour towards our driver-guides, chauffeurs, employees of our supply partners, or Journey Britain employees.
