At Journey Britain, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. We ensure secure and timely payments by holding customer payments until the journey is successfully completed. Payment is released 72 hours after completion to allow for resolution of any concerns.

If you encounter any issues with a customer, please provide detailed and accurate information, including the date, time, location, photos (where possible), and a clear description of the incident. Transparency fosters trust between you, us, and our valued travellers.

To enhance the customer experience, we expect:

  • Meticulously maintained vehicles – cleaned daily, inside and out.
  • Up-to-date contact details – ensuring smooth communication with clients.
  • Prompt issue resolution – addressing customer concerns efficiently helps maintain trust and guarantees timely payment.
